Captain LeBlanc began his career with the West Jackson Fire Department in 2005. He attended the State of Georgia Fire Academy's recruit school and received his National Professional Qualifications Firefighter II certification. In 2008, Captain LeBlanc became a Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) at the I85 level. He was hired full-time as a Firefighter in 2007 and has held several positions since then, including Fire Apparatus Operator, Lieutenant, and Captain. Additionally, he has sometimes served as the Department Training Officer, Health and Safety Officer, and EMS Officer. Captain LeBlanc is married to Cassie and has two children, Memphis and Lincoln. He enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, motorcycle riding, and giving back to the community in his free time.

Captain LeBlanc holds fire/EMS certification for the state of Georgia as well as National Registry of EMT (NREMT) at the paramedic level. He is also a National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) Instructor, a Georgia Fire Academy Adjunct Instructor, a National Professional Qualifications (NPQ) Evaluator, an International Police Mountain Bike Association (IPMBA) Bike Medic, American Heart Association (AHA) Instructor, State of Georgia Peer Support Team, and Jackson County Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) Team. Captain LeBlanc is an active member of the Braselton Police Department/West Jackson Fire District Special Response Team as a TEMS member and serves as a Lieutenant with another Metro Atlanta agency.
