Raymond started off in the Fire/EMS service as an Orlando, FL Fire Department Explorer. A few years later he started working as an EMT with an ambulance service. In 2006 Raymond moved to Georgia and started volunteering with a local fire department. In 2013 Raymond and his wife moved to Hoschton to support the local congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses. That same year he was hired on with the West Jackson Fire Department. Raymond serves as the Department’s Fire Prevention Bureau Officer in Charge. Raymond has a passion for helping people understand their modern fire department. From fire safety education to CPR certification, he enjoys making the department a place for learning. “Knowing that I’m part of the team whose mission is to help people, brings me great happiness.
